Any scratch or gouge in an acoustical tile can be mended effortlessly with a simple bathroom product. 'DESENEX' (you know, the athletes foot powder) in an aerosol can will erase any damage you may have caused. Simply spray the affected area with the 'DESENEX' as though you were painting and the scratch or gouge will disappear. Just don't use to much of it or you will clear the building you are working in.
