To pull MC or BX cable across ceiling "t" bars with ease try this. Cut length of 3/4" EMT to span ceiling tile opening by a few inches. Tape or ty-wrap the EMT to the top of the "T" bar. Install cable and pull across the conduit to it's destination without snagging or possible damage to the cable. Works great-try it!
