Use a keyhole saw to cut a hole above the drop ceiling a little bigger than 1" square than using a piece of 1/2" ENT stick it down the hole in front of the insulation and pull it out at your box location then just push your wire down the ENT till it pops out then put a bend on the wire and pull out the ENT so you can reuse it again.FAST FAST FAST
