Correct    c.  Using 220.32(C).  The computed load to which the demand factors of Table 220.32 apply shall include the following.  There is a list of 5 items that must be calculated and totaled.  So the total of each apartment is 33,200 plus the heat of 20,760 for a total per each apartment of 53,960 volt-amperes.  This times 6 units gives us a total of 3,237,760 vA times the demand factor for six units of 0.44 =  142,454 vA divided by 240 volts = 593.56 amperes or 594 amp. for the main service conductors.  If a main disconnect is used (not required) it could be a 600 amp disconnect.
