Correct    False.  Section 210.8 addresses the use of GFCI protection.(A) covers dwelling units and names all the locations where GFCI protection is required. It does not use the term “sink(s)” except for countertops within six feet of wet bar sinks.  (B) covers commercial requirements and only requires GFCI protection for receptacles on rooftops, bathrooms, and kitchens.  Note also that the kitchen requirement is for all 125-volt receptacles, not just those near a sink.
