Correct False. Dwelling unit receptacle loads are not computed separately. Table 220.3(A) has a superscript “a” after dwelling units. This sends us to 220.3(B)(10) where the code states that in dwellings the outlets specified are included in the 3 volt-ampere per square foot load. Kitchen loads are computed at 1500 volt-amperes per circuit, regardless of how many are on a circuit. There is no maximum number of receptacles permitted on dwelling circuits.
